DR. TANA BUSCH

"Dentists should be more than caretakers of objects that happen to reside in someone's mouth.

Dentistry has the capacity to enhance a patient’s life for years to come. I find my part in that process incredibly fulfilling."

Dr. Tana Busch is recognized as one of the statewide leaders in her profession. Since opening her practice in Austin in 1987, Dr. Busch has dedicated her time and efforts to developing and expanding her program of health-centered and relationship-based dentistry.

After graduating with honors in 1980 from the Texas A&M University biomedical science program, Dr. Busch studied at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, and completed a graduate degree with honors in 1987.

She has continued her post-graduate education and is a mentor of the esteemed Kois Center for Advanced Comprehensive Restorative Dentistry.

Dr. Busch's passion for dentistry extends well beyond the office. She lectures dentists and dental assistants throughout the United States. She is a co-founder of the Center for Dental Professionals in Austin, Texas, where she serves on the board and faculty. She also has volunteered with Christina Smiles, a dental program that provides free care to disadvantaged children across the United States. Dr. Busch supports the University of Texas Women's Athletic Department with their dental needs.

Wonderful experience for a routine cleaning!Angela's SUPER! Sometimes even a cleaning can be a bit stressful, but Angela's great with her humor and congeniality! And, she's thorough, too! She provides useful feed back and suggests better practices for taking care of one's teeth.Bill M.
Professional and friendly.I had a filling repaired. They explained everything and performed the procedure quickly and with a lot of attention to my comfort. I had no pain. It was a good experience.Barbara B.
I shouldn't have put this off so long. First of two visits for the installation of a crown. I've been putting this off for years. Turns out it was no big deal. The process was painless and much faster than I expected. Many thanks to the staff for making the process so smooth.Jenny P.
Caring and conscientious. Everyone in the office is always smiling, cheerful and friendly. I really appreciate their willingness to talk through any questions or concerns. They're also happy to go through the x-rays and describe what they are seeing. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist until I started going to this office.Dave B.
